On September 11th, the al-Qaeda terrorist group launched an attack on the United States, from which the attack killed two thousand and 996 people.
The document was released Saturday, a week after US President Joe Biden signed the executive order through which the FBI was required to make these files accessible to the public.
The move came after the family pressure of the September 11th victims eager to prove whether even the Saudi government has potentially a finger in that attack.
The document speaks of a 2015 interview with a staff member who had worked in the Saudi Consulate in Los Angeles.
He was suspected of giving logistical support to hijackers when they arrived in California long before finalising the attack.
However, the document is already edited by the staff member's name remains undiscovered.
