The number of new cars with gasoline, diesel or hybrid engines is continuing to fall.
In August, Norway's Transport Association ( The OFV recorded a record 72 percent of electric cars in the country, reports Spiegel, for Periscope.
Sixteen thousand and 427 new cars were registered by authorities only last month.
Of these, 11 thousand 811 were without gas emissions in the environment.
Compared to 2020, this represents a 107 - percent increase in electric cars.
Last year, combustion engines were not even ten percent. So far, the gas engine market in the new cars was only 4.9 percent, and the sun was 4.7 percent.
