According to Haradinaj, the reason there are no urban conditions for covering these parts does not stand.
“Plan was to have private operators in areas where public transportation does not operate, and with standards the same”, Haradinaj said.
Among other things, Haradinaj stressed that failure to implement this plan has damaged many private operators and has at the same time left thousands of families in the capital's neighbourhood and villages without service.
