Haradinaj, in his programme, has said 46 thousand residential units without permission in the Pristina municipality will be treated by his government.
But how is it meant to end a problem that has been lasting for years?
AAK head Pristina candidate Daut Haradinaj says he will establish a Commission of Experts, which will do technical control of objects that will require legalisation in Pristina. According to him, this process will begin in its first quarter at the helm of Pristina's municipality.
The commission will consist of architects, builders, machine engineers, electroinstalling and hydroinstalling experts for protection from fire and jury in order to study all aspects of construction without permission.
Haradinaj has said the commission will co-operate closely with the builders, but also with landowners.
The capital's mayoral candidate has begun to present concrete projects for Pristina. He is meeting citizens throughout the capital during the past days and weeks. From opinion, his pro-active approach to finding solutions to numerous problems in Pristina has been positively assessed.
