The former deputy of the Parliament and front-runner for the Opinion request, Veton Berisha, has called the ombudsman's opinion <x0 gradual return to justice”.
However, in the opinion of The following is not a clear opinion offer on the matter.
The ombudsperson does not effectively consider the annulment of votes for political subjects of ethnic minority communities in cities where there were fewer residents of those communities, Periscop reports.
In an experimental way, the ombudsman has not even demanded full implementation of the standard set by PZAP for the annulment of all votes of all minorities.
The former adviser to Albin Kurti, Durim Berisha, had named PZAP's decision as <x0," smiling” and influenced by “ttudio television”.

The ombudsman considers that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo should be responsible and guarantor for organising and managing the election process as a whole, fully respecting and indiscriminate constitutional definitions regarding electoral rights and participation.
