Minister for Kthim and Community in Kurti Government Goran Rakic has criticised the prime minister for responsibility over the dialogue process. In an interview for Vecernje Novosti, Rakiq says Kurti is taking action to deliberately block dialogue with Serbia, the Periscopi translates.
The „Dialogue is a process where the parties involved make efforts to negotiate so that they can see how to get to compromise. When you think about it and think about Pristina's behavior, it is clear that their attempt is to block this process. This, since they have no clear intention of solving problems, nor do they even respect the commitments they have made so far from the process. Why is this a tactic of them or if someone supports them in this, I wouldn't want to speculate, but we can say that such behaviors are irrational and irresponsible towards citizens who rely on the elections“, Rakiqi says, translates Periscopi.
He has also criticised the European Union for acting with inactivity against Pristina's responsibility for the agreements reached in Brussels.
The European Union has contributed to Pristina's inactivity. It is incredible how even after eight years since the agreement was signed, we have not yet formed the Association of Serbian municipalities, for which Brussels is guarantor. In this way, I am disappointed because the EU is not an association but is a serious organisation that has economic, political and other mechanisms to push ahead with decisions and policies. When Pristina is questioned, Brussels is absent, in my opinion, Brussels is extremely passive, this is absolutely unreasonable and inexplicable“, Rakiqi says. /Translating from Periscopi/
