Osmani has also cited KFOR's support given to municipalities in facing the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the announcement of the presidency office, Osmani has reportedly indicated that Kosovo's future is in the EU, NATO and the UN.
“We are working devotedly to joining NATO. We need the support of this organisation even with NATO members, who do not recognise Kosovo”, has stressed President Osmani.
Meanwhile in the context of regional security, the president has also cited the danger of Russian influence in the Balkans, so he has considered Kosovo's membership in this highly important organisation.
