We approved the 2.5 billion-euro budget for 2021, under which economic growth is projected for 7.9%. This level was not designed to be reached before 2023, Kurt said that day.
Meanwhile today, the Kurti Government has published a package called Economic Resurrection.

A total of 10m euros will be allocated to all those who lost their jobs during March 2020, April 2021. For every youth employed, the government will subsidise the salary in the first three months worth 170 euros per month.
The government will share 10m euros in supporting any new employee who has not been employed in the last three months and is declared in ATK. Each of them will be paid pension contributions worth 10% of the salary for 12 months in a row.
5 million euros to support women's employment. Each woman who has not been employed in the last three months, who is employed, will be subsidised by 50% of her salary for the first three months, up to the maximum of 150 euros a month. After the three-month period, the pension contribution will be subsidised.
A mere 10m euros to start this year's employment scheme guaranteed for young people aged 18-24, where each youth will be guaranteed first job, subsidised by the state at the minimum wage level.
5m euros for support of training and employment in TI. To direct new talents to the TI field, they will be shared vouchers that can be followed by courses for TI, or training in practice. Those who complete their course or training successfully will be offered employment support for the first three months.
5m euros to employ people with special needs. In the function of achieving the goal of an equal state for all, the Kosovo government will support each employee with specific capacity of 50% of the salary, up to 150 euros a month. Support will take place for the first six months.
5m euros for grants scheme for trades. In order to address high unemployment rates in the country as well as professional skills in trades, the government will support with grants for self-employment all those willing to learn new skills that will be certified. The value of these grants amounts to up to 3,000 euros, where the grant will cover the purchase of equipment and business establishment, following completion of successfully training and certificates.
