O Secretary VL-KLA's Faton Klinkaku has spoken of the visa rejection of Hysni Gucati's family, who sought to visit their father at The Hague detention centre.
Klinaku says refusing visas on financial issues is no reason, while he says Dutch authorities have acted politically.
He says that if Dutch authorities are democratic country, then the arrest and detention of Gucatt and Haradinaj should not be done, as they had no identification documents.
“is proving that this court is not Kosovo's, as we have said at the beginning. With the failure of visits, allegedly being called into financial matters, human rights were violated by family members, who are allowed to visit their family in prison.
If the Dutch authorities were democratic, they had been arrested and sent to Hague without ID documents, which they had allowed to go to prison without documents”, Klink said at the conference held for the media.
He says Hysni Gucati's family has been trying to visit him for a month.
They've been trying to visit Hysun for a month. Hysni Gucatt's family do not go to The Hague prison to do business. Dutch authorities have acted politically”, Klink said.
