Ahmeti at RTV Dukaagjini has said that citizens should have no hesitations to take the vaccine, especially that AstraZeneca.
He has said that so far in Kosovo there have been no serious complications for any citizens after taking the vaccine.
I personally got two doses of AstraZeneca and I didn't even have the least concern. According to our estimates, there may be 10% maximum of the cases that have been vaccinated have been able to have temperature rises, or slight growth of D- TIMER. Most of these cases haven't needed hospitalisation”, he said, conveys Telegrafi.
Even in the world, the number of people who have had blood clots after taking the vaccine is very small, says the infection.
Ahmeti has said that the vaccine is good to be done now.
“Vaxing is best done now in times of calm, as the delta version can come to us in October or November. So we should remember that the vaccine works in a few weeks. So it's good for us to vaccinate before any new wave of coronavirus --” comes along.
If more cases and vaccines are added, the effect will not be the same as vaccines in quiet periods.
Ahmeti shows another case in Kosovo when a person after being vaccinated has been infected with coronavirus.
“Today we have accepted a case at the Infectious Clinic. He had taken the vaccine ten days ago but had no time to create immunity and contracted infection. So there were also cases where people were infected in the period of up to three weeks after they took the first dose of vaccine”.
Infectiologist says that there is a possibility that one will be infected even after taking the second dose of the vaccine but that the symptoms will be very small, according to him.
