The key meeting took place on January 22, 2016, documents, with the Russian president, chiefs of spying and senior ministers present, the Guardian reports, Periscopi reports.
They had agreed that a White House led by Trump would help secure Moscow's strategic goals, among which were “social training” in the US and weakening the US president's negotiating position.
The three Russian spying agencies were ordered to find practical ways in supporting Trump in a decree that seems to bear Putin's signature.
Up to that point, Trump was the main racer in the Republican party.
The Western Intelligence Agency was aware of the document now and several months and has carefully examined it.
The documents, which Guardian has seen, seem to present the most serious and unusual leak within the Kremlin ever.
Guardian has shown the documents to some independent experts who are considered real.
