From the latter, they expect clarifications about the decisions the CEC and PZAP had made in this process by not excluding the possibility of even addressing the Constitutional Court.

Freedom Krasniqi from Germin said that in the decisions of the CEC and PZAP concerning the election process, there have been violations that violate the right to vote for citizens living abroad.

Krasniqi: Regarding the decisions of the CEC and PZAP for the February 14th elections, we expect opinion by the ombudsman.

And we expect a little bit of an opinion on certain issues from the CEC for calling out-of-country voters, to the decisions of PZAP, then decisions not to accept a ballot package, which have come after schedule, as well as the issue of delays in coming envelopes, we have other issues such as delays or the possibility of complaints for all those voters who have not been found on the voter's list from abroad, even though they have met all judicial criteria<1> he said.

Germin in collaboration with the office of lawyers Hodaj&Partners had started in the campaign to collect complaints of citizens who claim they were denied of

“We are hoping that the ombudsman will understand this request and will look at the foundation, give a conclusion, and then after that conclusion it will remain the other organs or parliament, or the CEC will understand their regulations, or Parliament change laws as a whole, if it is not then the next legal means to address the Constitutional Court to change the law for elections or provide an explanation that does not create additional obstacle for Kosovo citizens living outside the country<1> said lawyer Taul Houda.
