Among the criticisms against past delegations in negotiations with Serbia was that they went to the meeting without a pencil and without paper, alluding to being planless and part of the foreign plan.

Since a meeting without principles would have to be impossible, what seems to be the fact that dialogue is already oriented. The new association package that perpetuates the dispute with Serbia is the agenda at the first meeting, but has no title, since it is the process of termological shifts.

The new language that will be used in the old association agreement has only one function: the amortizing of resistance. But as a final agreement with Serbia within the AKS project is impossible, it is equally impossible to silence the opposition if it is tried to overlap such a framework.
