Public questions for Rafet Jashar, new Post Director appointed by Kurti
The long-awaited, exotic reform by the Kurti government for public enterprises is emerging to be the continuation of past governments' old routine.
We were told that the main problem of public enterprise malfunction is nepotism and mismanagement. Meanwhile, at the continuation of the boards, they placed their loved ones in positions. That was the case with PTK's board yesterday, where Rafet Jashari was appointed director.
Kurti's anti-corruption fight has essentially meant replacing capture, from power passed on to his power. The only difference is that Kurt made it public by blackmailing the public and anyone who opposes it.

Great reform is the farce. Fighting corruption is the new capture of public. Nepotism is being replaced with nepotism. The big change turns out to be the major shift which is repeating Kosovo's neoliberal history. Displacement towards capture of state by the Party of State.
