German magazine “ZU ERST!“, which follows extreme policy, has published a non-paper on Kosovo-Serbia reports. Unofficial document they have presented in writing Saturday contains 16 points and goes beyond Belgrade's imagination
According to this document, which this magazine says is available, all points of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 are stored.
“Now appears another called “no-papper”. Again, authors are unknown; again, names or signatures are missing. Z U n Currently available, it includes a total of 16 points and can be seen as a small part, diplomatic sculpted, as no point violates UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of June 10, 1999, better known as the “Resolution of Kosovo”. He suggests, for example, that all Kosovo's “citizens -- “873000 Kosovo Albanians are clearly mentioned -- must take citizenship from the Republic of Serbia””, writes this magazine.
For months, so-called <x0non-paper” means unofficial documents with political proposals for the future of the Balkans have circulated in European diplomatic circles. In essence, they always relate to relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
This document, as “says Z U n ERST!” also proposes holding joint elections in Kosovo and Serbia next year.
“Kosovo's elected governor should also retain the post of deputy speaker in the Serbian parliament. Belgrade would also guarantee a special status for the province for 99 years. The Serbian ambassador to the UN should have a representative of the Kosovo government at his side in the future”, says the text of this magazine, which is not only beyond any reality.
