In this phone conversation, Kurti and Maas have discussed the region's prospects for the European Union and for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
In the tweeted post, Germany's Foreign Ministry has announced something like that.
In this post, Minister Maas was quoted as saying that it is Germany's top priority to provide a European perspective for Western Balkan states and that Kosovo-Serbia dialogue remains crucial to that end.
“is Germany's top priority to provide a European perspective for Western Balkan states. The dialogue on normalising relations with Serbia, led by the EU, remains crucial to that goal”, Germany's foreign minister was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kurti has also announced a telephone conversation with Germany's foreign minister in a Twitter post.
The productive phone call with Germany's Foreign Minister Heiko Maas. We stressed Kosovo's European perspective in the European Union and strong bilateral relations. Germany is a crucial member of the European Union and we share the same vision for the six Western Balkan countries committed to full membership in the EU and NATO”, Kurti writes.
Maas had been in Kosovo about two weeks earlier, where even at that meeting he had talked about the importance of dialogue. /Periscope
