Von Cramon for <x0non-papers”: Proposal for northern Kosovo, looks like South Tyrol status

The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet von Cromon, has spoken of the last “paper”, the document that allegedly speaks of a special status for Kosovo's north. Violet Von Croamon said that I don't know if this allegedly Franco-German document has unofficial support.
“What is proposed in that document [non-paper] looks like the status of South Tyrol in Italy that solved the bilateral problems between Italy and Austria. It may be a successful model, but it must be custom by taking the specifics of the situation in Kosovo. Let's wait and see, but I invite European diplomacy to increase the degree of co-ordination to avoid any misunderstanding”, the German eurodeput said.
Von Croamon hopes to unblock dialogue with the case of Kurti and Vuciqi visits to Brussels.
She says she is happy that the exchange of territories has already been rejected by the US and the EU.
“I'm happy that now any exchange of territories is off the table”, Von Croamon further declared for Dukagjin.
In a few weeks, two ghost documents [non-paper] were presented, while analysts estimate they want to measure the pulse of public opinion.
Even in the past, southern Tirol has been mentioned in diplomatic circles as a possible model for Kosovo's north, but since Kosovo has been flatly rejected.
South Tyrol is an autonomous province in northern Italy that borders Austria and is populated by German - speaking people.
The high degree of autonomy for this region, consisting of 115 municipalities, turns it into, de facto, the autonomous province.
In southern Tirol the Italians and Germans have their respective schools and generally attend locals and restaurants different from each other.
But the region enjoys a broad and generous autonomy from Rome, which has helped the Italian government ease separatist sentiments in the province.
