The US mission to NATO has “reached” the announcement that was made today for the meeting of Jens Stoltenberg with Albin Kurti, chief of the Government of Kosovo. No mention was made in NATO's official announcement that Kurti is at the head of Kosovo executive until, as long as, Americans took care to underline this when they restored the writing to their official account.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels today.

Following this meeting have been reacted by the US mission to NATO.

The same have distributed the announcement from the meeting between Stoltenberg and Kurti with a completely different approach, stressing that Albin Kurti is prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

The US through this writing have reconfirmed support for Kosovo and its path towards Euro-Atlantic integration.

“Secretary Jens Stoltenberg welcomed the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo at NATO headquarters this morning. The US will stand by Kosovo to continue its path towards Euro-Atlantic integration”, the report said.

In this report, Americans have corrected NATO's official announcement, where Kurt was not mentioned as the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

The U.S. has confirmed Kurt's position and state he represents.

In his post today, Stoltenberg wrote that today he met Albin Kurti, until, nowhere does he mention the same is Kosovo's prime minister.

I welcomed Albin Kurti to discuss developments in Kosovo and NATO's importance for stability in the Western Balkans. NATO supports efforts to resume talks between Pristina and Belgrade. Dialogue is the only way to achieve a sustainable political solution”, he wrote.
