Nothing was built in this country without permission. Neither a house nor a building can be built, let alone a memorial. There is a law for monuments in this country that it is clear to whom a monument can be erected, of which it cannot. The law will be respected without reservation”, Vulin said on TV Prva.
National Council of Albanians Chairman Ragmi Mustafa declared on April 20th that works on the hill on the Great Trnoc have begun on space regulation and construction of a monument dedicated to the commander of the Liberation Army of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc (UÇPMB), Ridvan Qazimi.
The approach was one of the four commanders of UCHB. He was killed in 2001 during a battle with the Sebe forces in Trnoc.
