Kosovo will continue to remain at status-quo if this historic conflict with Serbia does not close forever. This affects Kosovo's progress. Kosovo's membership in NATO, the EU and other mechanisms where it would have to become an independent and sovereign state. It is an acute, vital need for Kosovo to close this topic once and for all because we have no future without closing the historic conflict with Serbia. As long as we remain frozen.
