Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, Kemal Minxhozi, commenting on the meeting she had with the country's president, Vjosa Osmanin, has said Kosovo is making a lot of effort to provide vaccines for citizens.
“With Osmani we talked about two main topics such as the pandemic situation in Kosovo, the measures the Government is taking, and Osmani showed its commitment to this crucial and critical issue, to overcome the country's situation. The second point was how more relations with Albania can be approached in all areas of”.
Minxhozi stressed that it is important to curb pandemic, even Kosovo to have a health stability.
The whole world is in this chaos and effort to provide as many vaccines as possible and we don't have a place to say it has solved this problem. Albania has taken a step forward in this direction. It has secured a relatively large amount, about 250 thousand vaccines”.
Kosovo is behind in this process. The transfer of powers from one government to another, or within a year we had three choices left a vacuum not to deal with this problem”.
However, with the recent steps the government is taking even in Kosovo, this problem will be overcome a little later, but the important thing is to preserve people's lives”, he said.
Minxhozi has said that an ambassador's role is difficult enough to adapt and react under different circumstances.
As hard as it's easy, it's balanced. It's easy knowing the mentality and it's not the language work, we're one regardless of whether we're two states, but we have a common culture and very common”.
The “is difficult, since often problems can be created between us and the role of an ambassador is very difficult to adapt and react. People often look for a solution: “But you think of how Ambassador” but it's a question that doesn't answer”.
“The ambassador is a neutral figure and tries to draw as many people as possible among themselves and to fascinate all the processes that happen, but what's important in my work is that I try to focus on the problems that have to do with development and moving forward, especially in some areas of interest such as the economy, in which I base my main work”, Minxhozi said.
