The biggest reason for moving towards Albania were restrictive measures that have been imposed in Kosovo.
Citizens said they are going to the neighbouring state as they can frequent cafes and restaurants, as in Kosovo they are closed.
Otherwise, the government of Kosovo has decided to close gastronomy and shopping centres for 12 days, after increasing cases with COVID-19 over the past few weeks.
