But, he stresses that Kosovo has done everything that is required, while visa liberalisation has remained a distant dream.
This demonstrates an unpleasant truth: not all member states recognise Kosovo. This may explain why, doing everything required, visa liberalisation remains a distant dream. When will the people of Kosovo be given the respect they deserve?
