Pristina's Constitutional Court, following request by the Special Prosecutor, has withdrawn Milan Radojicic's arrest. According to the Court Act, the arrest has been withdrawn because the same has not been brought to justice, Periscopi writes.
“The court on the 1902.2021 date has accepted the request for the withdrawal of the arrest order by the Special Prosecutor of the 1902.2021 Special Prosecution of the Kosovo Police report on the involvement of suspect Milan Radojciq in carrying out other criminal acts and the fact that since the release of the first warrant, it has not been able to bring the suspect to justice, respectively, to the Special Prosecution, for technical and tactical reasons for better investigation of criminal acts allegedly involved in the same execution of the constitution, the constitution is said to be carried out by the court.
And, former prosecutor Syla Hoxha, who had issued a warrant for his arrest, told Periscope that he was surprised at the verdict.
The unexpected “for me, the arrest talk was right as I worked there, why did they pull it, how they pulled it, I don't know, but it was amazing to me. They've done what it took to prove, they've pulled the warrants for arrest”, he said.
The withdrawal of the arrest of Radojciki was met with numerous reactions from informed politicians and law.
