Blinken spoke to reporters in Brussels together with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg before the two talked about launching NATO ministerial meetings this day, writes the Voice of America, translates Periscopi.
Stoltenberg said he welcomed the American administration's new approach, saying that “had a unique opportunity to launch a new chapter in trans-Atlantic relations. ”
