The vaccines have been handed over to Montenegrin Health Minister Jelena Boroviniq from China's ambassador to Podgorica, Liu Jin.
Earlier, Montenegro has also provided 7,000 Russian vaccine Sputnik V, 2,000 of which has been donated to Serbia.
As COVID-19 disease turns up a year since the pandemic was declared, Kosovo is the only country in the region that has not provided any vaccine.
There is even no deal with any production company, although it was reported by the incumbent government that it has been finalised and that the first vaccines will come in February.
When February passed, the Health Ministry acknowledged that there is no final agreement.
