The EU's special emissary in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has said Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti knows that the European Union and the international community expect the continuation of dialogue and that this is not new to it.
Lajcak in an exclusive interview for RTK, among other things, has said dialogue for the formalism of Kosovo-Serbia reports is important.
One of the reasons I visit the region this time is to meet with Albin Kurti, hear about his plans, including dialogue, and also convey to him the messages and expectations of the EU and member states and talk together about how to get the dialogue away. Kurti knows that the European Union and the international community expect continued dialogue and that is not new to it. There's no government that only deals with one case. That's why we're going to discuss how to set priorities. We already have an experience with Kurt as prime minister. And he was a constructive conversationist. Above all, it was he who removed the tariffs and enabled the launch of dialogue. Co-operation in health matters also witnessed a high level of constructive approach. Therefore, there is no need to create sensationalizations where there is no place”, the Slovak diplomat, who has today launched a three-day visit to Kosovo, has said.
