This communique notes that Lajcak and Kurti have discussed the February 14th elections.
The “beginning of the meeting they talked about recent elections, their prosperity and what they mean for the country and the citizens, as well as for the importance of the rapid formation of new institutions. Incoming Prime Minister Kurt announced Mr. Lajčac perv priority of his government, which stems from needs that are as obvious as expressed by Kosovo citizens”, says the communique.
On the other hand, Kurti has reportedly told Lajcak that dialogue with Serbia is an important process that should not be neglected.

Thirdly, to be democratic and transparent, in the service of people and citizens, rather than of current governments or particular politicians. In the end, both agreed to remain in regular contact and to continue co-operation after the formation of the new government”, it said.
