After the meeting of Chancellor Angela Merkel and Land Prime Ministers concerning the further performance of restrictive measures from the coronary pandemic, agreement has been reached that the lock will currently take effect until March 7th will gradually be eased.
From March 8th, shop opening will be allowed in areas with a low quota of infections, below 50 per 100,000 residents at the seven-day interval.
If the incidence is over 50, the purchase system “lk and meet” will be applied, the client may set a specific time schedule with the appropriate shopping store. With more than 100 infections over three days in the affected area, stores and other activities will be again closed.
As for the gastronomial sector, in case incidence below 50 is stable in the 14-day arch, locals can open that provide services in open environments.
If infection figures are on the decline, there is also gradual opening of other activities. Incidently under 100 new cases for 100,000 residents with rigorous respect to hygiene regulations can also open museums, zoos, and botanical sites.
In terms of the development of the vaccine, it is intended to have more experts and family doctors involved in the process starting in early April. Currently, the vaccine is developed only in specially created centers.
It has also been decided that starting on March 8th, each citizen will be offered a quick test on the Coronervirus for free. Local testing centres will make necessary infrastructure available.
The Federation and the clothes agreed on the so-called „emergency frequency” in case seven-day incident amounts to 100. In such a case, decisions on opening should be reversed.
