Orlando has said he is happy that Lajcak has had constructive meetings in Kosovo, until he has called for a quick resumption of the European Union-brokered dialogue with the support of the United States of America.
Italian diplomat says such a thing should happen once the new government is created.
“Lajcak told me there have been constructive meetings in Kosovo. We look forward to a rapid resumption of the European Union-brokered dialogue with the support of the United States of America, once the new institutions” are established, Orlando has written.
