Bekim Haxhiu of the Democratic Party of Kosovo has accused former Prime Minister Albin Kurti and incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti of failing to manage pandemic with COVID-19.
He has been reminded in a Facebook post that a year since the pandemic was proclaimed with COVID, the Health Ministry has provided no anti vaccine. CO VID-19, unlike other states that have already initiated the vaccines of their citizens.
This total failure to manage pandemic is the responsibility of both the Kurti and Hoti governments. The number of cases is increasing every day. It's not known what wave of pandemic we are now, nor what version of the virus is being distributed, but for management of borders, who can bring us the new version of the virus, and it can not be discussed! What we have seen so far is inequality and discrimination in the financial support of health professionals and support staff”, Haxhiu wrote on Facebook.
The “Since we are in a process of institutional consolidation, which is not known when this is going to happen, governments waiting for power and those in office, must first co-ordinate their actions to provide the vaccine because the health and life of our citizens are threatened by a day of”, he adds.
In contrast, since the outbreak of the coronary epidemic in Kosovo has confirmed 75,380 positive cases -- 1,682 dead -- the total number of cures is 63,380, while the number of active cases of 10,318.
