Croatian media compare Ferdoje Qerkezi to heroin from Croatia

I dream of my husband and children every day. In my dreams, my home is filled with happiness and joy. I'd like to sleep, be in that happiness and not wake up in this silence and emptiness”.
So begins the Zagreb-based Croatian media story Vecernjiı, taken by Ferdoje Qerkezi, Kosovo war hero from the town of Gjakova, who lost her husband and four sons from Serbian forces in 1999.
As the Croatian media article says, <x0kosovars call Ferdoje Cerkezie the Kosovo grandmother Kata, comparing her to Grandma Kata 58oljiić, which is a symbol of the suffering and courage of a Croatian mother. She lost four boys in the Homeland War”.
I'm happy to hear that new bodies are still being found. But that joy is mingled with sorrow; for I desire that at least part of the bodies of the children be buried in the land of the east. The mother's heart can never calm down, but at least I would know they're here, in Gjakova says Ferdonija among tears, saying that her tears are flowing for 22 years and never dry.
On March 27, 1999, Serbian police officers came to my house. I even know the names of some of them. They left and returned several times. Eventually, they took their husband and four sons as well as the guests who were with us back then and took refuge. The hardest thing for me was when they took the youngest, Edmund. He was 14. I looked into his eyes filled with fear and asked for help. I, unfortunately, couldn't do anything. I believed it would scare a little bit and bring them back. But they did not return. I had no idea it was my last date with them. For five and a half years, I knew nothing about the fate of my four sons and my husband, and I hoped that at least the little boy would come back alive. All my hope was shattered in 2005 when the bodies of the great boy Artan and Edmond returned to me. The names of Halimi, Armendi and Ardian are still on the list of more than 1,650 names of Kosovo residents, who are still listed as missing”, she declared away to the Croatian media.
My <x0-days are slow. I try to get back to the years when I lived with my husband and children. I try to live as if they were with me because the sadness and pain I bear would have killed me long ago. God did not give anyone such torment and life”, she added further, which was solidified with every mother who lost her children in that war.
I don't hate anyone, because hate is the biggest disease that kills you over time, and I can't get your boyfriend back”, it ends Qerkezi.
