Opinionist Blerim Shala is assessing that there are enough arguments, resulting in the conclusion that Kosovo's highest coming authorities should be mistaken from the past, avoiding dialogue in Brussels.
According to him, this would have to happen even by finding excuses not to travel to Brussels.
However, the former presidential adviser points to the need for special attention of Miroslav Lajcak, for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to recover.
”Lajcak has to provide oskigeno-rapis] Brussels dialogue, which is in a state of comme, since early September last year, when the meeting between (then) Prime Minister Avdullah Hotit and President Vuciq” took place.
Therefore, the prevailing idea in Brussels (most likely, even at other top centres of the West), is to continue with the Brussels Process, with regular meetings in the near future of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucinqi, even if this dialogue (at least) is not expected to produce the agreement for normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia<1.
On the contrary, Shala, says that if there is no final agreement, this period would be used for old topics, that of featuring relations reached in the 2011-2015 arch.
This statement, this dialogue, as such, could be used, this year, to return to the guardian theme of implementing the agreements reached in that first period of technical and political talks in Brussels, or, on the 2011-2015<1> arch, says Shala.
