Edsim Gerjaliu, director of the Law Medicine Institute, in a public television documentary involving the Jashari family exhumation, is seen kissing the skull of legendary Commander Adam Yashari.

Gerjaliu was the one who took over in 2002 the identification of the Jashari family bodies during their exhumation.

Because of the errors that were made during the burial of those killed in the Prekaz fighting, there has been a need for exhumation and the identification of each individual separately.

Meanwhile, public television has implemented a documentary involving the very day members of the Jashar family were exhumed.
