Ben Meir has written on the issue of placing the Kosovo Embassy in Jerusalem and Turkish President Erdogan's calls to Kurti for review of that decision.
He has said Kurt is making a huge mistake by praising Erdogan, whom he calls a ruthless dictator determined to spread his Islamic agenda throughout the Balkans.
Even Ben Meir has said that to promise Turkey that you will consider the embassy's place in Jerusalem is a clear message about where Kurti stands when it comes to geopolitical strategy, and that's the wrong step.

Albin Kurti is making a big mistake respecting #Erdogan, a ruthless dictator who is determined to spread his Islamic agenda throughout the Balkans. The promise to Turkey that the “country where the Kosovo Embassy will be located in # Israel should be considered” is a clear message where Kurti stands when it comes to geopolitical strategy this is a wrong step. Instead, Kurti should seek an investigation into the suspicious contracts former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci signed, which gave Erdogan control over key state assets. If Kurt really wants to fight corruption, this is his chance to start.
