It has been noted that justice in the American-Latin country, in most cases against traffickers has produced results, foreign media write.
While, they have taken note of an Albanian's history in this country.
A 38-year-old from Elbasan, Arber Likaj, with computer engineering profession, was located in Buenos Aires, in an apartment in Recoleta on Cabello Street, several blocks away from Park Las Heraces.

Likaj was known for his active life on social networks, where he appeared surrounded by girls as well as the frequent of nightclubs. By thus doubting his life course.
But in 2013 he was sought by the authorities.

He was also suspected of organising the transport of more than 11kg of cocaine discovered at Ezeuza Airport, which was expected to be transported to Athens and Rome.
But the distribution of narcotics appears no longer to follow for the 38-year-old Albanian, as he has been sentenced to 4 years and 10 months in prison on February 26th.
Foreign media write that Arber Likaj was the last of the other collaborators, a Greek and two Albanians who had escaped justice.
Other Albanian Arsen Qosja has been sentenced to the same prison years as 38-year-old Likaj.
Arberi and Arseni had contacts on the social network “Facebook” where they were friends. Qosja was also the reason for the identification of Arber Likaj by police.
