Zajednica hits Kurt with Borrell: Albin says I'm a Democrat, Jose gives it back to him.

The Association of Serb majority municipalities has crashed Prime Minister Albin Kurti with EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell. This is after Kurti said that association has ruled out in the form as the Constitutional Court of Kosovo has been reached, and Borell said it is an agreement that must be implemented. Kurt said he was a Democrat and he wouldn't want a deal to serve only someone. But this is where Borell intervened, saying that he too is a Democrat and that no politician serves him.

EU High Representative Josep Borrell has stated that the Serbian Communist Association should be implemented as the agreement has been reached. He said those words to Kurt during the meeting.

I have to say what I said decades before this meeting that association is part of the Brussels Agreement. This agreement has been reached with EU mediation and is expected to be respected and implemented by the parties. With the same words I've addressed Kurt today, that he's part of the agreement and is part of the forward movement in the process of normalizing the reports”, Borrell said at the conference with Kurt, follows Periscopi.

Albanian Prime Minister Albin Kurti said 33 agreements have been reached in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia, and the latter repeatedly mentions only the Association.

“There is 33 agreements between Kosovo and Serbia, and some Sosh have not been implemented by Belgrade and the latter always mentions one, which has not passed the test at our Constitutional Court. No Kosovo Serb has protested that Constitutional decision except official Belgrade. We need a democratic character of dialogue. I am the bulldog, which is why I believe that the future chapters of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia should be to preserve a politician or to serve a certain politician, but must be to serve the peoples”, Kurti said, conveys Periscopi.

But here, there was an intervention in Borell:

I'm a Democrat. I'm not here to serve any politician, it should be known that dialogue is the only way to solve problems. I don't agree with you when you say that the Constitution makes the Association incompatible. This is an agreement reached between both sides. I'm sorry, prime minister, we need to ask you if you will implement this agreement, it's very important”, said High Foreign Policy Representative Borell./Periscopi
