He even said that during the pandemic a number of students have not been locked in the learning process.
“We are in constant communication with our colleagues in the Balkans and Europe through international education, and in meetings it has been estimated that anywhere in the world the pandemic has hit not only the economy and other sectors, but it has created very big problems in education and all efforts have been made to achieve what we have created possible in terms of the big difficulties even in Kosovo has damaged and created big problems because Kosovo found it unprepared because our state institutions and despite the declarations that education and that it has not made it a key priority, he said.
He said he is set to become the replacement of all lost hours and winter break to begin later. Jasharaj stressed that if students are in danger of being touched by Ovidius, then it should continue with online learning, which will be very difficult because they lack equipment.
“Task-Forca within MAST have agreed and given in all schools a proposal of a replacement calendar where several Saturdays were envisioned. Winter break will begin later and is scheduled to replace all lost days. I hope the Health Ministry but also Task-Forca within MAST can convey the situation not only in Kosovo but also around us”, the one for EO.
According to him, the teachers will act according to the situation and respect the decisions of the IKSC, the MS, but also the MAST.
If they see that learning with physical presence only remains at risk then we will probably engage in online learning, which is not the best because there is a shortage of equipment, a considerable number of students who can't lock it up at all, and it'll be a harder year. But we will commit to achieving what we can within the possibilities and circumstances created”.
