When the VV fought directly against the price of electricity prices

Prime Minister Kurti pardje [December 13th] said in the Kosovo Assembly Seantza that citizens were consuming a lot of electricity, even though “the pledge was free”.

However, Vetevendosje did not consider the price of electricity available in the past, and for good reason.

This political party fought even directly against efforts to expensive electricity, Periscope reports.

Apparently, the fragility of corrupt practices, misuse of public office, and business criminal connections with organs and regulatory authorities are continuing further from the remains of the paralytic regime. The justice system must act and defend the right and interest of the citizens of the Republic. If someone has obligations to DEVO LIVE, they are not citizens who are pushing to pay the staggering electricity tariffs for the next 12 years.

1. After several previous failed attempts during 2019, the Energy Regulatory Office Board ( ZRERE to approve promotional tariffs (feed-in-tariffs) for producing electricity from solar panels entirely unnecessary, unfair and against any market logic on November 27, 2019, the ZRE Board has approved promotional tariffs at 85.5 E UR/MWh for the DEVOLL Group for the next 12 years.

Moreover, ZRE made this decision despite recommendations from the European Energy Community Secretariat, the German Embassy, USAID and experts inside the ZRE.

2. Instead of promotional tariffs, all sides have recommended auction procedures, as power generation technology from solar panels has become much cheaper than before, and with the trend of continued decline. As an illustration, in 2018 through this process (ANKANDEVE) in Kazakh, the average price of electricity production with solar panels for 20MW capacity had dropped to 45 EURO/MWh (see link: https://mercomindia.com/kazakahstan-auction-Solar-202-mw/). After 12 years, it wouldn't be surprising if the price went down to four. Euro/MWh as we, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, will still pay the Devolli Group a total of 85.5 EUR/MWh!
3. December 24, 2019, Mr. Sami Kurteshi as a damaged party, as these promotional fees damage the citizens' interest by influencing the unfair price of electricity, has filed lawsuits at the Pristina Foundation Court against this unprecedented ZRE decision, also demanding the provision of suspending the ZRE decision until the final act.
4. By December 27th, 2019, the Constitutional Court in Pristina rightly made a decision to suspend the ZRE decision. This gave hope that the trial will restore justice where ZRE had violated its primary role in protecting public interest by taking a private company's interest as Devolli group.
5. But illegal practices are not easily undone. After a private company complaint (after due deadlines for complaints!) The Appeals Court on February 20th, 2020 reversed the case of suspending the verdict to retrial the Constitutional Court, claiming that the Foundation has not justified the verdict and that it has offered no evidence of that decision. Unfortunately, it gives the image of the ZRE triangle. DEVOLLE DIJECTION.

We call on state mechanisms, media, civil society, different interest parties, as well as citizens of the Republic, to use all democratic and legal means to prevent the continuation of the crime system and the old prepolitical regime.
