On Monday at midnight, the 15-day deadline for accepting ballots from outside Kosovo for the second round of the Dragas municipality's mayoral elections has expired.
Central Election Commission spokesman (KQZ), Valmir Elezi, has said the number of alleged parcels with ballots that have been accepted is 381.
On the other hand, it points out that the ballot counting will take place this Tuesday at 1500 p.m., at QNR.
