So voted for the Kosovo Army three years ago

On December 14, 2018, Kosovo's Assembly adopted three laws that changed the mandate of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) in the Kosovo Army, but without being renamed. The laws adopted were the Bill for the Ministry of Defence, the Kosovo Security Force Bill and the Force Service Bill [...]
The laws that were adopted were the Defence Ministry Bill, the Kosovo Security Force Bill and the Kosovo Security Force Service Bill. Law amendments were voted one by one.
107 MPs unanimously voted the three bills for the new KSF mandate, the establishment of the Ministry of Defence and for service in the Kosovo Army.
Otherwise, the leaders of Kosovo institutions, voting and adopting laws for the military -- described as a historic “day and one of the most important decisions since Kosovo's 2008” declared independence.
The Kosovo Security Force was established in 2009. This force is established under NATO supervision. After the end of the Kosovo war in 1999, in agreement with NATO, the Kosovo Protection Corps had been formed as an emergency force. This body was later transformed into the Kosovo Security Force.
