Varhely for the property process: There is no need for deep reforming of the justice system

Speaking of the property process, the European diplomat said such a large operation is not necessary, as the foundations and foundations of the current system are in line with EU values and standards.

At a conference for media, after meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Council, Varhely said they are willing to talk with the Government of Kosovo to see improvements in justice.

We have made it clear that we are and stand for a judiciary that is independent and offer justice to people. We have invested heavily, politically and financially to create a judicial system that fights for EU norms and values. That's why we're engaged to see how these processes will contribute to this. We do not believe there is a need to reshape the entire Kosovo system. If you ask me, by taking Albania's example, I don't think such a big operation is necessary because the foundations and foundations of the system are in line with our standards. We are willing to sit down and see what improvements can be made”, he said.

Selfish in Justice is a top priority of the Government of Kosovo.
