The parliamentary debate proposer, AAK MP Ramush Haradinaj, has expressed the positions and measures needed by the government to apply for exits from the current energy crisis facing the country.

He has demanded that an import price cost of electricity be made until the crisis is overcome and electricity billed in the north simultaneously.

I don't have a motion because I see that I won't be understood correctly by the government and those who make decisions. This debate when we invited him, we didn't do it for ourselves, but we have a serious family problem in the dark, and the invitation to this debate two weeks ago has been to make an alarm for the government that it's going to be a problem we're going to face... If the amount of electricity isn't enough, we have to engage to ensure that we lack the amount. Make it a pre-count of import costs until the crisis passes and secure budgets and guarantee that they have liquidity... It's dangerous to put the dilemma down or increase the price or reductions. Make an account that it costs us so long as April, that we leave not the people in darkness. We have no choice in keeping us from leaving people in the dark. Start extending authority to the north and giving it a specific date and starting to deliver bills to those people and you have the best possible time based on this” crisis, Haradinaj said.

With Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca's proposal, the plenary session will continue tomorrow at 11:00, where several international agreements are expected to be voted.
