This Federation has said that if the Law of Salaries does not pass, there should be a 50 percent wage increase for all employees in the health system.

According to this Federation, today it has been discussed in connection with the performance of strikes organised days ago, as well as issues raised before the government by this Federation.

The FSSHKA Steering Council once again calls on the government to have the Law on Salaries prosecuted, adopted and implemented with the 2022 budget.

The FSSHK Steering Council unanimously demands from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo that unless the Law of Salaries passes to raise wages for all employees in the health system at a 50% height, and that is given that there has been no wage increase since 2014. The FSSHK Steering Council reminds the health workers of their serious state as a result of inflation and life-making, growth that would affect the softening of this situation, this increase would be valid until the start of the implementation of the Gentile Law”, said the Federation.

From the FSSHK have said that by December 15th, they will talk to each member and also await reflection by the Government, which has formed a negotiating group, if that does not happen, the FSSHK warns radical Sindical measures, such as cutting off work in all public health institutions.

“Trust in the hope that the Government will reflect on the contrary to all possible consequences the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's own responsibility, said by FSSHK.
