Those comments Johnson made Thursday when he handed out Sir Stuart Peach as the special envoy for the Western Balkans.

Sir Stuart Peach will take over the new post after resigning from the post of NATO Military Commission Chairman, a role he has held since 2018. Previously, he has also served as Chief of the United Kingdom Protection Staff.
