This working group has not included even the nurses ' union in an unprecedented injustice so far.

Union nurses have warned with union actions that will have major consequences for the country's citizens.

The Kosovo nurses' union with concern has received information about the formation of a working group for comments on the draft Law of Salaries by the USKKUK / While our institution is not involved in this working group.

We announce the membership that our institution's ignored and excluded from a process of particular importance to our communities, the process we've been committed to since 2019, such an act will force us to take in union action within the legal frameworks that will be announced over time and inconsistent in demanding the Kosovo Nurse Union from the SHSKUK / KKUK and the USKKUK Board.

The Kosovo Nurses' request for pay conference for nursing communities, Mom and other health professionals since prior to the abolition of the Law of the Salaries is 3.2, so any recommendation or comment that conflicts with this demand will have to follow through on the intervention of union actions which will certainly not benefit anyone, while the consequences will be suffered by the citizen who requires service, while responsibility falls on the SHKU/ QKUK's.

The position of the Kosovo Nurses Union regarding the wage cofficiency has been made quite clear from the ombudsman, the Ministry of Health, the tables organised by parliamentary groups in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, the Parliamentary Commission for Health to the Presidency.

Before we can co-ordinate with the Steering Council and the Priory for union action, we expect an answer from the SHSKUK / The KKUK and the USKKKUK Board in demand that we are heading to today.

While bSHSKUK / QKUK and the USKKUK Board were reminded that based on laws in power, and MPMS does not have the name “Union”, but organisations can register with names like the following ;

1. Association Union
2. Federation Union
3. Confederation Union

All of these have the same range of activity, same leads, responsibility and competence.
