Buleskaj will have a five-year term at the helm of this Agency. Buleskaj in the race to take over the AKK was Wisar Krasniqi. He has so far been the executive director of the Office for Registering Partys and Certificates at the Central Election Commission.
His name received public attention after this office has recommended that in the February elections certification of candidates having problems with the law be allowed.
The most mentioned name at this point was that of current Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who at the decision of other institutions was barred from competing on the Vetevendosje list because of the sentence he had received earlier.
