Kurt turned off the fir lights on Christmas Eve, the Catholic priest: They go out when a person falls into despair

The Christmas tree, with bright lights, is one of the main symbols for Christians worldwide during the Christmas season, where believers commemorate the birth of Jesus and their religion. But the lights of this tree were on display this year in his office by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, just on the night of [...]
A symbol of extracting into the human race from the wrong darkness into the true light, which is Jesus to Christians. That is how Catholic priest Don Lawrence Sopi describes briefly and clearly the symbol of Christmas tree lights in a conversation for the Online Reporter Journal.net.
Not commenting specifically on the Kosovo prime minister's move last night, he also shows the only cases when the lights from this tree go out during Christmastime.
The lightwork only happens when man falls into despair”, says Don Lawrence Sopi for Reporter.net. By implying that according to Christian faith, a believing person cannot get to this point.
So the Catholic needs to look at everything in expectation of hope, not despair”, he adds.
The tree is a symbol of extracting the human race from the wrong darkness into the true light, which is for us Jesus Christ”, says the Catholic priest.
According to him, the extinguishing of Christmas tree lights occurs only with the completion of Christmastime, “which with liturgy ends with the celebration of Christ's baptism”, which according to the Gregorian calendar is celebrated in the first week of January.
The Catholic priest, on the other hand, shows that only during a serious period of time have Kosovar Christians symbolically kept Christmas tree lights off. It, according to him, has been the period of the last war.
<x) “I can say that regardless of the symbolic of turned off or lit light, we were actually off during the war, but with the birth of hope (the coming of freedom) they were rekindled into the soul, heart and family of our people”, he adds.
22 years later, on Christmas Eve, the most important holiday for Catholic and Christian believers in general, Christmas tree lights were shown off at the office of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, by himself through a photo on Facebook.
Kurt even showed this as his wish for the Christian holiday.
I believe that we are fully aware of the conditions in which the pandemic has put us, of the complex global reality, of the energy crisis, where we find light in these parties. And sincerity, work, and fellow feeling are the key to any success in each of us. We will always live in the circumstances of time, but the thought should be fed by faith. There is no hope without faith”, the Kosovo prime minister wrote in his congratulations, accompanied by the Christmas tree photo without lights.
