As the prime minister's office reports, with EU representatives, High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Affairs Josep Borrell and Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborship Oliver Varhely will discuss the bilateral relationship between Kosovo and the EU in the context of the contractual Stabilisation Agreement. - Association as part of Kosovo's EU integration process.
Kosovo's full delegation consists of First Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, second and simultaneously Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas Donika Grovalla, Finance Minister Hekuran Murati, Interior Affairs Minister Jelal Svechla, Environment Minister Lieburn Aliu and Deputy Justice Minister Nita Shala.
The Council for Stabilisation and Association ( SA Council) between the European Union and Kosovo is the first document and so far the only contractual signed by the Republic of Kosovo and the EU, signed in October 2015.
