Grenelli: Sadly, Kosovo's current government rejected US gas, and Kurti never showed why he did it

Green through Twitte has placed a writing of journalist Berat Buzhala, where he said Kurti has rejected gas from America because of his ideological beliefs.

The VV) government rejected a gas pipeline that would be financed by the MCC and the EBRD and lost a golden opportunity for long-term resolution in diversification. This was rejected for purely ideological reasons. Kosovo will now never connect to the gas network, so we are now dependent on coal 2)”, Berat Buzhala wrote on Twitter.

While Grenelli has said that this is true and that Kosovo at the helm with Albin Kurti has rejected gas and has said no reason.

That's true. Sadly, Kosovo's current government rejected clear US gas. Albin Kurti has never given a good answer to why he refused”, Yerenelli commented.

We remember that the Government of Kosovo has rejected the US natural gas project, as Albin Kurti has set conditions that could not be implemented. The project on building infrastructure for bringing in American gas has been discussed between the Kosovo government and the US Millennium Challenge Agency, for which the project has provided about $200m.
